Accountability Court Funding Program

FY'20 Solicitation Packet


Applicants are limited to local entities for new and existing Accountability Courts. Adult Felony Drug Court, Adult Mental Health Court, and Veterans Treatment Court submissions are limited to one application per circuit, per court type. State and Juvenile Court submissions are limited to one application per county, per court type (i.e. DUI, Family Dependency Treatment, Juvenile Drug, or Juvenile Mental Health Court).


Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2019.

Available Funding

The amount available for distribution will be determined by the legislature during the 2019 session. There is a 10% cash match requirement. 

Please note: this match may likely increase every year.

Award Period

July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

Release Date: February 18, 2019

It is recommended that applicants allow adequate time to complete the application. Applications must be submitted using the required format only - a Microsoft Excel file. Scanned, PDF,  or handwritten copies of the application will not be accepted.

Application Submission Information 

Existing Courts: Will receive an email on 2/14/2019 that contains a Share Point submission link and instructions from Ms. Aimee Ouellet, CJCC Statistical Analysis Researcher.  For questions please contact Ms. Aimee Ouellett ( The Share Point submission instructions are also located on the CACJ website funding opportunities web page. 

New Courts:  Please contact Ms. Kim Howard, CACJ Operations Coordinator, at for submission assistance. 

Applicants are encouraged to test the submission link prior to the grant deadline to ensure a smooth submission process.
