Training Details and Descriptions
Tune Up Trainings (excluding DUI courts):
Courts must be operational for at least three (3) years, have not received a tune – up training with NDCI within the last three years
Complete a Notice of Intent to attend the training at time of registration.
Must have commitment from all team members to attend.
Family Treatment Court Planning Initiative: Implementation Training (DCPI) – this training is specific to new FTC’s as of July 1, 2017. To attend, courts must complete a notice of intent and have commitment from all team members.
LSR-R Training: This training will focus on how to administer the assessment. It is for team members who are responsible for administering the tool to participants.
Evidence – Based Practice Trainings (CBI-SA, MRT, MRT Trauma, Seeking Safety) all have limited space and space is reserved exclusively for treatment providers. Treatment providers must provide direct services to your participants and conduct the evidence based group sessions. Court Coordinators must submit an MOU to CACJ at the time of registering with the signature of the Treatment Provider, Coordinator and Judge. The MOU document will be released with the training registration announcement.

Coordinator Orientation Training – This training is specific to new Coordinators. Training will include information on CACJ, team member roles & responsibilities, fiscal and program reporting.
Coordinator Winter Training Form – This training is open to all Coordinators and will include a more in-depth discussion on various topics.
Intro to Behavioral Health and Addictive Disease – This training is provided by the National Alliance of Mental Health; 16-hour course on First Responder Intro to Behavior health and addictive disease.
